Preamble

The Vendor is franzLAB Genossenschaft Società cooperativa as owner and administrator of the domain www.franzlab.com/shop, the User is the person who makes an on-line purchase of goods or services from the site www.franzlab.com/shop.

Purpose and Seller Identity

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to regulate the contract concluded electronically between the User and the Seller.

The Seller is identified as franzLAB Genossenschaft Società cooperativa, Lauben 35 Portici, 39100 Bozen Bolzano, Italy.

Products sold

The products sold are books and magazines. Unless otherwise stated in the product description area, products in the shop are considered new. The sale price is always indicated in the product description area and includes VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be additional.

Purchase

In order to be able to make purchases, the user must be of legal age and solvent; in the case of purchases by minors, the purchase authorisation of a parent will be presumed to have been given. At the time of check-out, the User will be asked to enter some personal data. The child must enter the email address of the parent. Users assume all responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

To make a purchase you need to access the site, select one or more products, and add them to the purchase list. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, you will have to proceed to check-out, filling in a form with some basic personal data. Payment must then be made via Credit Card or via PayPal and the order will be completed only after payment has been correctly made. The user will receive a message confirming the order and a summary of the information relating to the order itself at the e-mail address indicated when entering the data. The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the user successfully pays for an order.

Payments

The permitted methods of payment are Credit Card and PayPal. The user represents and warrants that (i) the credit card and payment information supplied to the seller is true, correct, and complete, (ii) that the user is duly authorized to use such credit card or payment method for the purchase.

Paying via paypal the user is redirected to the PayPal website and will pay for the products according to the procedure provided and regulated by PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal site will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with the Seller.

In case of termination of the purchase contract and in any other case of refund, for any reason, the amount of the refund will be credited to the paying method the costumer used. The timing of the crediting to the payment instrument connected to that account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the crediting order has been placed in favour of this account, the Seller cannot be held liable for any delays or omissions in crediting the User with the refund amount, which the User must contact PayPal directly to dispute.

Shipping

We ship with traceable courier, taking care of delivery in 5 days for Italy and Europe. Shipping costs are 7€ for Italy and 10€ for Europe. For international shipping costs and time contact the seller.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays or damage to the goods during the period in which they are in the hands of the courier.

Withdrawal

Books and magazines are excluded from withdrawal.

Intangible assets

All trademarks (registered or not), as well as any work of genius, distinctive sign or name, image, photograph, written or graphic text and more generally any other intangible asset protected by laws and international conventions on intellectual and industrial property reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of franzLAB Genossenschaft Società cooperativa and/or its assignees, without the User having any right to them from access to the Site and/or from the stipulation of contracts for the supply of the Service.

Disputes

The Service between the User and the Seller is concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. Any disputes that may arise in the Seller-User relationship shall be the competence of the Court of Bolzano.
